q 4 hours means every four hours, so it would be 6 per day if it is for one pill

It depends on the size of the tablet...if it's a 125mg tablet, and you're supposed to take it every 4 hours, probably 4 times a day. If it's a 50mg tablet, you would have to take 10 a day.
