It's a spanish term and I might not have the spelling right. If not, what is the correct spelling and what does it mean? Sounds like 'way'. They use it when they are talking to each other at the end of sentences.

That word (spelled in so many different ways, and all of them correct) has many meanings. I you say:

¿Qué onda wey? = What's up man?
Estás bien wey! = You are so stupid!
Mi wey está muy guapo = my man is very handsome

That's one spelling. The originally word is buey which in Mexico is also spelled güey or huey and occasionally wey. The word buey means ox in standard Spanish, but in Mexico it the equivalent of fool but in the same way that someone from California may say "what's up, fool?"="¿Qué hondas, güey?" It's a vulgarism which is widely used but only by Mexicans.

It's a slang only used in Mexican, but it hasn't a translation really, but it could be like when you say bro:
Example:
How are you bro?= ¿Cómo estás wey?
