I don't want to buy adapter for bluetooth because it costs 200 dollars. I am looking for something built in.

Most GPS/DVD decks these days are bluetooth & ipod capable, but you still have to buy additional accessories in order to use them. The bluetooth adapter by itself will probably cost around $200, and an ipod cable around $50. That's on top of the $1000+ for an in-dash navigation deck. Also, many cars don't have the space for an aftermarket GPS/DVD deck. If you have steering wheel controls or require a specialized dash mounting kit, those will cost you extra as well. In other words, it won't be cheap.

Best thing to do is go to crutchfield.com and see what's available for your car. Here's their car stereos page: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-PbELyx1JSz5/cgi-bin/superprodgroup.asp?c=3&g=266150&I=&o=&avf=N
Select your car and it will tell you which units will fit. You can also filter by features (navigation, bluetooth, etc).

If you just want a bluetooth car kit, there are kits you can install that are cheaper than trying to get it in a deck with all those other features: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-PbELyx1JSz5/cgi-bin/prodgroup.asp?c=2&g=280050&I=&o=p&search=bluetooth+car+kit&avf=N&search=bluetooth+car+kit
