pt 1 is the one i did yesterday, review b4 answering

Bad Day...
So after a morning rutine, i check up on how my ? on yahoo is doing...
11 answers in 1 day? i was shocked. thanks to everyones advice i felt a lot better...
So im reading some of these answers and i see theres some that say i should include intravles in my workout.
Interesting, ill try it!

as i walked to the treddy, i planed everything out: power walk -3mph- for 4min and run -4mph- for 1min

i was ok after the first 5min. i was a little out of breath but i was running after all. the next 5min was harder, but i was not about to give up. after 10 min i did something i HATE doing and im regreting and beating myself up for...

stopping.

i stopped at 22min and 32 seconds. i couldnt do it for another 25 min.
im not the type to give up so i might do yet another 25 later on to complete the session... without the intravels.

the only good thing, 1 mile just under 20 min =D

Again im asking for advice

Hey Ko Ko, nobody is perfect. There are going to be days when you give up. Just remember the feeling you had when you actually accomplish your goal at the the moment you want to give up. That can push you to go a little further. I lost 100lbs when I was 25 or so. It becomes a lot easier over a little amount of time. Once you see some results it drives you to want to do more. Try lifting a little weight too. Power walk with little 30 second runs every 2 minutes and work your way up to 40 seconds every 2 minutes, etc... Then go home with little 5 pound weighs. You may even try after awhile to buy ankle weights and wrist weights so you get some lifting at the same time. This starts to tone you. It is not as bad as it seems. Just keep doing it. You will have bad days and good days. Just refuse to let yourself give up. Good luck.

Make sure you don't eat a bunch of crap either. You will feel better about yourself and exercising if you eat well. Do the chicken and veggie thing. Just make a conscience choice when you sit down for a meal . No snacking in between unless it is almonds,etc...and portions are important. You can do it!!

It sounds like you have a plan. The next is to have the will power and the patience.
