Lamisil. Apply 3 times a day or so and change your socks regularly. I know it sounds geeky, but bring extra pairs with you to work or school and on breaks change them. this will keep your feet dryer and hopefully make for less ideal conditions for the fungus. When you get home, dont wear socks unless you have to. Athlete's Foot, also know as ringworm thrives in warm damp conditons, your shoes provide ideal places for both. So by keeping them in the day light and free air flow, the fungus will go away faster. you should also consider washing your shoes, soak them in Simple Green or something then throw them in the washer or do it by hand. If there is any bacteria or fungus living in your shoe, which there is, you want to try to eliminate it as best as possible.

Become a teacher...then you will have teacher's foot...badumda..
Anyway..sorry...my husband said that he had a bad case in the army and used this stuff called Borax. I think it is an old soap or detergent (old in that they don't have it available at a lot of the modern day stores) but he swears by it.... says it healed it right up...
Also, tea tree oil may help with the infection part and the oozing ; however i don't know about the burning and stuff. Try the Borax.. it mayn't help...but doubt it will hurt

hey
i remember when i caught some out of a locker room, everything over the counter wouldn't work. But then my teacher said when he played football and got it he soaked his feet in bleach, but then his skin peeled off...but if you rub the bleach on and leave it for an hour, then rinse it, I've found that it over time got rid of mine, I also put foot powder in my shoes.good luck with this,i kno it sucks!

Sounds like a fungus that needs a cream prescribed by your doctor. As well you could be taking something by mouth to get rid of it. Really.

go to a dermatologist, he can give you some creme stronger than over the counter....lose all your socks, and shoes and get new as soon as the creme starts. this will prevent relapse...basicly assume all things touching your feet now are contaminated, and as soon as it's gone you need to purge contamination.
