I have also recieved death threats.
Could this be a part of standard procedure or are they supposed to make an arrest?
& if I am in some sort of criminal trouble are they allowed to make me bribes and offers? Wouldn't it be corrupt to accept this type of offer?
They have also been attempting to threaten my life and blackmail me with sexual humiliation & other strange things.

Should I take this to the local police department, and round up any evidance I have, maybe write a report of whats been happening to me?
How can we combat this type of sick abuse of power & corruption?

why would the gov. and hollywood be after you. Your nobody. You just might want to check yourself into a psych ward, because its made up or all in your head.

The usual way to combat it is with a prescription for Prozac.
If the problem persists after that then get a witness to help you document what is happening.

buy a pistol and blow it out on some cops, it should buy you some time.
and if you get the chance, blow yourself too, i think i'd help us all.
