Basically seeing whether or not they can be themselves without putting up a front. I hate fakes. I look for intelligence, personality, independence, strength, fun, and fairly attractive(I try not to be to shallow), all the stuff that is supposed to be there. One very important thing is whether the person can be supportive in the good times and bad. When you have someone that can do that then you know you have a keeper.

I'm a guy, and here's what I look for in a girl:
1. A pretty face (75% of first impression, 10% of overall)
2. A nice a** (15% of first impression, 10% of overall)
3. Nice rest of body (5% of first impression, 5% of overall)
4. A great personality (5% of first impression, 75% of overall)
Notice there are two categories: first impression (short run) and overall (long run).
Obviously, this is just an approximation I came up with. Personality includes: non-smoker, caring, honest, fun-loving, intelligent, and down-to-earth

If I see she is not honest, and not kind, not sweet, and no physical attraction, then I know I could never date her. Things I look for are a kind sweet honest, caring woman, that I find somewhat attractive. No she does not need to be thin, or tall or drop dead beautiful. But I do have to be somewhat attracted to her, and she MUST be the other things I said above.

I always look for personality, someone that shows respect and is some ways is a little old fashion...like opening the doors for you and etc....not too old fashion though that you can't take the car for a test drive until after marriage.

You know you should never be with someone if that person cheated on his girlfriend/wife just to be with you. Why?? He will treat you in the same manner when the next pretty face/body crosses his path.
A person who's worth your time is someone who has respect for himself and treats others with respect.

If they have no faith and bad hygein then there is no way i would look twice at them. This is my own personal feelings but i couldnt imagine spending intimate moments with anyone who had bad hygein, and certainly would never marry a man who had no faith. So if i would not marry them, i sure as hell would never date them.

You can date them, just ask in a nice way..
that person must be a gentleman, nice, kind, caring, respectful, have a sense of humor....so there will be no dull moments when your together.

some things that not to date them is if they're hard to talk to, they don't really tell you about themselves. things that you do look in a person for is personality, a person you can trust and tell anything to, you can talk easily too.

First if the girl is really hideous, I don't even go near her. If not then I see how her personality is when I talk to her. After that, thats about it.

i could never date a person with poor hygiene but i like men with alot of humor.
