Coco butter then whenever you get out of the shower, put baby powder between your legs so it wont do that anymore.

That would actually not be resolved until you no longer have an issue with "thunder thighs". For instance, if you were to get laser treatment for removal of skin discoloration (it works really well, by the way), you wouldn't heal properly because of the constant fricition. So, I think trying a healthy diet/excercise plan would work, then during that time same for laser treatments (they aren't at all cheap), & as a reward to your new hot bod you can get it taken care of for the longter; that is, if it hadnt already resolved itself.

You would have to control you weight first....use this it's called Bleach and Glow, put this on every night before going to bed, try to sleep on your back with legs open, never ever use coco butter, as this will make the skin really dark, and may never go away... i did this and i know what I'm talking about... good luck Dear!!!!!

You thighs could be black becaus of a fungal infection. Use an anti- fungal cream and see what happens. Coconut oil is an excellent anti-fungal cream and it can help in other health matters.

Keep the area clean and dry.

Gold Bond powder helps a lot - use it for at least 2 weeks for best results.

the darkening of the skin is age related, not rubbing, and you don't remove it. Using lemon juice will fade is a bit, over time, but you can't get rid of it completely.

I say use a loofah scrub sponge to wash your thighs. Also, if you aren't irritated, use rubbing alcohol.

you can try tissue oil or vitamin E oil. Johnson & Johnson makes really nice tissue oil.
