it cant be harmful, it's only tea. i like to drink herbal, caffeine free tea between meals to keep me from snacking. i also hate drinking plain water so it keeps me hydrated. :) some teas also serve different purposes. I like to have some chamomile tea before bed because it's relaxing.

it is not a good thing to do because after a meal you need to take a break of 2 hours so that the digestion takes place nicely or instead of tea i would prefer badam milk

It won't hurt you. If you drink it before the meal, it will help curb your appetite. Tea is full of anti-oxidents which are very good for you.

Drinking tea is always good, especially without milk and sugar. Peppermint tea is good for the digestion too. Chamomile tea is soothing.
Tea rocks!
Not as much as vodka though.
