Have a bowl of cereal with toast and juice (coffee if you drink it) and then have a snack of cheese, apple slices and crackers in the dressing room to keep your tummy calm (it would be mortifying to have your tummy rumble during the ceremony). Good Luck!

oatmeal is filling, but just eat the one bowl or else you'll feel too full at first
along with a slim fast shake- those are good for during too, you can just chug one when you get hungry around lunch time.

Depends on how easily you fill up - you can try raisin bran (or a high fiber cereal) and melon. Also a glass of milk - it tends to fill me up.
