Hi, sorry to hear you are feeling bad. It could be panic attacks, but I would go to the doctor just to make sure. If it is panic, the following steps should eliminate (or at least significantly reduce) your panic attacks:
1.Breathe properly - if you control your breathing, you control panic. As soon as you notice the signs of anxiety, check your breathing: breathe in slowly through your nose pushing your tummy out (to the count of 5 or so). Breathe out slowly and for a bit longer (to the count of 7 or so) through your mouth. Do not breathe rapidly or shallowly (in the chest area). This will soon restore the balance of oxygen and you will feel a lot better.
2. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy! CBT is proven to be the most effective thing for panic attacks, OCD and anxiety etc. It takes a bit of work, but it is super effective. (After 15 years of panic attacks, mine stopped completely). You can speak to your doctor about taking a course or you can take a course for free online at: www.livinglifetothefull.com
3. Try relaxation exercise tapes (progressive muscular relaxation). They really help if you practise often enough. You can get free downloads if you put "progressive muscle relaxation" into Google (e.g. lots of universities have them as free downloads)
With each step practise makes perfect. (i.e. practise the steps every day, not just when you are feeling bad). I hope you feel better soon. Best of luck!

What time do you stop eating the night before? And do you have problems like diabetes or hypoglycemia? It sounds like you may have problems with blood sugar. If you've gone too long between meals and gotten that shaky hands, not able to concentrate feeling, you'll know what I mean. If you wake up feeling like that, try getting something to eat or drink right away. Maybe some OJ and toast. See if that helps.

Maybe your sugar levels are low. You should try eating something right before bed tonight and see how that makes you feel. You might need to get checked out for something like that. I am hypoglycemic and thats how I feel if I don't get enough food in my system the color also drains out of my face when this happens. try webmd.com or go to a doctor if it does not stop.

You should have your blood sugar tested. If you are shaking, and if it is your blood sugar drink a glass of milk all at once. The doctor told me to do that incase of an emergency.

It could be a sign of high blood pressure or diabetes or anything for that matter. I would go to the doctors and get a thorough exam done.

Keep a journal of your syptoms, when they happen, what time of day and when you have eaten. Make an appt soon. Could be hypoglycemia or diabetes, but you can't be sure until you go to the DOCTOR.

I suggest you see your medical doctor as soon as possible. The symptoms you described are very similar to what occurs with Parkinson's disease. I do not want to scare you, but you must get a thorough examination as soon as possible.
