its tennis elbow! honestly, a friend had the same complaint. it's due to muscles being used which aren't normally and the pressure is exerted on these whilst playing tennis. it should heal with rest but if you prefer see your doctor but i wouldn't worry its not sinister. hope this puts your mind at ease. x

I had this same feeling, but from using a mouse all day at work instead! It was pretty much tennis elbow. I just had to rearrange my work station and it got better, although it does sometimes still hurt if i get a lot of hours in. Take a break from tennis for awhile and it should get better. If not, you may want to contact a doctor for neurology, in case something else is wrong.

Good luck!

tennis elbow. caused by inflamation of the tendons in the wrists and elbow caused by the elbow being bent at the same time as gripping something like a racket tightly. it should get better on its own but dont play tennis again until its better.

this can be from all over use of the muscles causing nerve pain. You may be starting to have tendinitis, see your medical doctor and get an examination as soon as possible.
