its the theme building (supposedly its suppose to resemble
the Jetsons house from Jetsons
and yes there is a restaurant in there called in encounter
but i think its closed due to repair to the building some
old contreet had fallen off

Its called the Encounter Restaurant. Now closed for renovations.

a dumb buliding that is falling apart. used to be the control tower and was a resturant. but large pieces of concrete were falling off the buliding. they should destroy it
