I'm a big fan of donor kebabs but even though i eat them , i've no idea what the ingrediants are.

mutton, beef, poultry, mixed spices and a binding agent (usually a maize or grain product). Well thats what was in the ones i used to sell!!

It's Lamb think some kebab places mix the meat.

It's all the scrap waste from the slaughter house, there is even bones in it. It's the stuff left after they have taken the cat and dog food bits out. It actually moves under a microscope and is not even classed as meat! It does taste nice though!

They make it from animals who carry donor cards, the animals tick which parts of their bodies they would like to donate, then after the animal dies they rermove all the bits the animal wanted to donate and voila! Donor Meat.

after 3 successive summers of working in a kebab house i have no idea. i think its mixed meats but no one i have worked with will touch them.

stick with the falafel.

It is a Turkish lamb skewer meal. It has a million different spellings for the first word and last word in the name but they all are lamb.

lamb, but lots of other vile ingredients too, don't think about it or you'll never want to eat one again. Delicious, but vile at the same time, weird eh?

For the Donnor Party it was Lamb, then Veal and then each other!

A load of yuk. my sympathies for your tummy, should be lamb, but minced all sorts including all the offal ugggggh.
