Only the dead is qualified to say "if there's a life after death", living people have no rights......of course, since nobody crawls out of the grave, I guess it'll remain a mystique

You tell me, unless there is another life after death, which is endless unlike this life that must end sometime, how can good people that have mostly good deeds be rewarded or how can bad people with mostly bad deeds be punished for their deeds?
Otherwise, good people would have been oppressed as they are not rewards, and bad people would escape with their bad deeds without punishment.
I deeply believe that if you think, neutrally, about this you will find it logical and more believable, in case you still want to stick to mistaken beliefs of just one life, you will realize, after the fact, the truth in the Judgment Day, where regret will not help.

No one can make you believe something when you've set your mind to believe in something else.
No matter how much proof you get, it won't make sense to you because of how you rationalize the existence of a life after death.
I predict you'll chose someone who will support your view point that life after death is a silly concept.

In the Bible, there are a number of insyances where people were resurrected. Actually brought back to life.
God’s ability to resurrect. For the One with the ability and power to create man in His own image, with a perfect body and with the potential for full expression of the marvelous characteristics implanted in the human personality, it would pose no insurmountable problem to resurrect an individual. If scientific principles established by God can be used by scientists to preserve and later reconstruct a visible and audible scene by means of videotape, how easy it is for the great Universal Sovereign and Creator to resurrect a person by repatterning the same personality in a newly formed body. Concerning the revitalizing of Sarah to have a child in her old age, the angel said: “Is anything too extraordinary for Jehovah?”—Ge 18:14; Jer 32:17, 27.
When people are resurrected after Armageddon [ Revelation 20; 12,13, they can look forward to a future, in the flesh, back on the earth.
(Psalm 37:11) But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.
(Psalm 37:29) The righteous themselves will possess the earth, And they will reside forever upon it.
These are promises from God. We have to have faith in this, because without it, too many questions remain unanswered.
The Bible can supply the answers.
(2 Timothy 3:16-17) All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, 17Â that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work.

The Christian cult originally promised that the physical bodies of its cult members would rise from the dead (in much the same way as they say Jesus did)
When it became obvious that all of those kooks did NOT rise from the dead, they invented the concept of a "spirit" that would rise from the dead. And just like everything else this cult talked about, this spirit was conveniently invisible.
And people today, who have actually graduated from high school, still believe this stuff. It is absolutely appalling.

Well, it's silly in the sense that God himself is silly. That is to say that it acts as a religious deterrent from the scientific alternative proposed in order to help people feel better about it.

My friend, I can't prove that to you, but I'm afraid that you're going to be the one who ends up feeling "silly." It can be avoided.
