Seems like science disproved the Earth was flat a long time ago.
Why don't creationists give it up and accept that the Earth evolved as a celestial body just like any other planet?

Because there stupid and to stuck up on religion. Im telling ya, religion is one of the main problems in this world and people need to exspand there minds a bit more and think outside there happy little box! You know what else bothers me? Is that alot of people dont or cant seem to beleive that there might be life out there. I mean come on... Space is huge and goes on forever, How can people think that humans, or all living things on earth, are the only living things in our universe?.......Stupid!!

And, so the earth is flat from where I am sitting. But even if I believed it really was flat, what difference could that possibly make to you?
OK, the earth evolved as celestial body, I agree, and so? Now what happens? Am I enlightened? Will this roundness of the earth, at least, my knowing it to be, make my life a little better?
Seems to me the only thing that remains flat are people who think that this knowledge somehow makes them smart.
It is useless knowledge to my everyday life, but thanks for helping me to see the light.

I don't know where you get your info, but the Bible does not say that.
This is what it REALLY says.
(Job 26:7) He is stretching out the north over the empty place, Hanging the earth upon nothing;
An accurate description, of the earth...from space.
How did Job know this?
(Job 26:10) He has described a circle upon the face of the waters, To where light ends in darkness.
The shadow of the moon crossing the earth during an eclipse?..The effect of night into day?
The effect only seen from a great height.?
(Job 9:9) Making the Ash constellation, the Ke′sil constellation, And the Ki′mah constellation and the interior rooms of the South;
Job was aware of what constellations are.
From where did he get his information, so long ago.
It can only be from inspiration from God.

They used to only a few hundred years ago. It took an overwhelming amount of factual evidence shoved in their faces for them to finally realize the truth.
The same will happen with geology and evolution today. They are simple, superstitious people who need to be spoon fed every little detail.

Do you think that the expression you use everyday like THE SUN RISES AND THE SUNSETS is accurate and we use it every day as a part of the weather report !!! WOW those weather men don't know what they are talking about !!!

Fist of all, what does any of this ought to do with something significant? 2d, am I meant to collect out of your argument that if one scientist is stable which skill all of them must be precise? so as long as somebody is seen a scientist, something they say is right? Not all people who believed the Earth was flat centuries ago also believed in Creationism so I don't quite get your argument.

No. If you remember it was scientists who thought the earth was flat. They also said man would never land on the moon. Oh, and that the atom could not be split. What's your point?
