Diane:

I've been called a Jotuntru and a Lokean for my respect towards the Fenrirulfr myth and my revulsion at the tales of the Æsir and Vanir. Does that count?

But, to be honest, yeah, I was trying to totally misspell it.

I just popped in to point out to some of the answerers here that 'kristyan' or 'krystjan' are valid spellings; they're taken from old Norse and are often used by those who follow Asatru, Odinism or other Nordic/Germanic belief systems.

As education increases the belief in the supernatural decreases. About 90% of the general population belive in a deity. But the top 10% of scientists only a few believe in a deity and most of those few are Deists.

Ignorance is a tool used by religion.

It's not just the word atheist either. Errors in grammar and spelling are much more common in posts made by (fundie) Christians. Furthermore, the more fundie the poster the more difficulty they seem to have in communicating. Could there be a correlation between ignorance of science and ignorance of communicating in the English language? Hmmm.

I find that anti-semites can never spell the word "anti-semite." For some reason they seem to think that it has three "e"s. Similarly, people who dislike JWs never get the spelling of their name right. I'm torn between it being stupidity or hostility.

What's your point? Bad spellers are bad spellers. How does this relate to being Christian? Or are you trying to produce a stereotype?

God prefers them ignorant, the story of the garden of eden, and jesus telling them to have ignorant faith like a child is proof of this.
