Every time voting comes around we always seem to have to settle for the candidates, but I was wondering , how much do YOU personally read up on the people you vote for?
I was reading the Jerusalem post, and they had asked ?'s of our candidates for 2008 prez:

I find it interesting you also found info on Senator Brownback. I think he could be a great president. Unfortunately, I don't think he is throwing his hat into the ring. I read he may not have the finances to support a campaign. If he stepped up to the plate, I would join his campaign. I hate being in a position of voting for the "lesser of the evil" ones.

Elaine, I have been keeping up with the candidates but, I am not sure if I like any of them! Just a very hard decision with our choices!!

I remain in prayer about this as He knows better than I. I sure need His direction on this election and He never fails!

Good point. I read what I can and listen to debates, and see if they voted the way that they said that they would.

I have. I think we need a woman in office.

Remember, most campaign promises are unfulfilled at the end of a President's term. Politicians can 'say' anything.

Religion and politics don't usually mesh together.
