Yes, I do. They give a possible future. All things are subject to change and that power is in your hands. Forewarned is forearmed. Tarot helps you to understand yourself. A lot of times we get readings we don't like. That's because it puts the responsibility on us for making changes and it may be something that we really don't want to look at. Tarot is an excellent way to get answers to your questions. I like to do my own readings as I can understand it better than anothers.

Define "predict" - after all, I can predict what's going to happen around 11:30 today - where I'm going to walk, what I'm going to have for lunch, etc. A good portion of the predictions that the cards give can be summed up as "telling you what you already know" - presenting symbols to allow us to put together certain pieces of subconscious info.
Now, there might be more to it than that - I'm not going to say that there isn't - but that aspect is certainly in there, and might be enough for skeptics to swallow.

No not predict the future but tarot can show you where you are right now and give you options to choose from...like a therapy session...

They are only meant to point to the most likely outcome. Knowing this, you can change the future because it is not set in stone.
