If I had to put a price on my autographs, I would be just as rich as I am now. Some people may say autographs are worth alot but like antiques, it has more value attached to it by the owner rather than a person who is in search of said item.

The autographs I have received from drivers, crew chiefs and team owners make a great conversation piece when company comes. But to buy this item from someone else will instantly lose its value because the buyer is not the one who has the memories that binds the value to the autograph...

The buyer will only have a picture with an autograph. But the memories belong to you... So at what price is your memories worth to someone else?

Well a signed photo is probably worth as much as you want it to be. I don't collect things to sell them. I buy them because I want them and price isn't a concern for anything that I want. I don't plan on selling anything of mine and its priceless in my eyes. This doesn't answer your question but you would have to put it up for sale I guess. I'm guessing you wouldn't get more than 20 bucks if it's just a picture. If it's a special Victory Circle picture or something with a serial number and certificate of authenticity then we are talking something way different!!
