It means he is good looking, has a warm personality and she is really into him. He is cute because girls associate everything with being cute like fluffy kittens to saying those shoes on her feet look cute. Wow, boyz r dense. It means she likes you. Would u randomly go up 2 girl, hug her and tell her shes cute if u didn't have feelings for her?
