Health care systems, courts, companies with overseas branches, etc. All them need people with abilities in foreign languages. (http://www.phrasebase.com/blog/caregivers-communicating-with-patients-in-137-languages.html ). albanian is not as popular as Spanish, but there is still a need for it.
