Just like evryone else who has found a baby bird and "rescued" it from its terrible parents who obviously don't know how to look after it.
It's not your eagle. It is illegal to take birds from the wild, and by doing so you are condemning him to a life of imprisonment with a person who obviously doesn't know what they're doing. Take him back to where you found him and leave him there. Don't do anything. The parents will still feed him.
Alternatively if you really think it's been abandoned, call a rehabilitator. Find it in the phone book.

Stop, repeat stop what you are doing and take this eagle to your local vet. Do not handle it, to not go near it's mouth, it's claws, or feathers. Place it in a box with gloves on and immediately take it to a VET! They know how to contact the local authorities. Call first as they probably would want you to take it in a "special door to a special room they will have ready upon your arrivial."
There is not an option here! It is illegal to pocess a wild eagle in any of the fifty states. In fact if any feathers come off this eagle take them with it! It is also illegal to have them also.
Do not feed the eagle!
Do not touch the eagle!
Lastly, thank you for your concern and wanting to help this wayward friend, and taking it to your vet is the only thing to do in this case. Your loving attitude has probably saved it's life and rest assured that a quick response to this will assure it's survival.

Tanya,
I'm going to assume you are just bored and playing with us. Your chances of finding a baby eagle in your garden are very small.Your chances of handling that baby without his parents attacking you are even smaller.
If, for some reason, you have mistaken another wild bird for an eagle, please either put it back where you found it, and walk away, so the parents will not be frightened off by the predator (YOU) and will come back and care for their baby, or contact a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. You can find one here: http://www.tc.umn.edu/~devo0028/contact.htm
Also, just a small note - NEVER use a dropper to give a baby bird water. They can aspirate and die.

You best call the wildlife and game department.
Its very illegal to keep, and they can get it professional help,
and release back to the wild.

You need to find a rehabilitation centre for him. Until then, raw chicken is a good food.
