I pray in the morning (seek the Lord early), and the evening. Sometimes I pray during the day as a situation dictates, and sometimes the Lord wakes me up to pray for someone.
I pray mostly for others. I pray for those in authority, so this is the leaders of our country (government) and for my pastors.

I don't pray enough. I was thinking I bet a lot of people didn't pray while Noah was building his ark but I can only image the look on their faces when the first rain drop fell.
What's more surprising is why did Noah build this boat? There was no indication that any kind of flood was going to take place and even more shocking is the flood didn't happen until after the ark was built.
Things that make you go..hmmmmmm

as in sit down and hold my hands? never, but i do conciously talk to God. Whenever something crosses my mind I will ask Him in my thoughts. He is always in the back of my mind and I am constantly thanking Him and telling Him I love Him and admire His creations. Sometimes I will stare at the stars for hours just talking to God telling Him how brilliant He is and how much He makes me feel significant when I'm feeling the opposite. He is my best-friend and I would go through hell on Earth to serve Him and stay true to Him. I pray for everything. I pray for the safety and health of all mankind and creatures across the universe. I pray for the murderers and rapists to help them find themselves and understand their wrongs. I pray for just about anything and everything when it crosses my mind.

I pray several times a day. For myself and others. I also thank Him for my blessings. I don't have a pastor at the moment, I have just relocated.

I pray all day long, off and on.
Most of my prayers are thanks for what God has given to me. I pray for others first and myself last. Yes, I pray for my pastor.
I don't ask for "stuff." I pray that God would help me to live like Jesus. I pray for good health.

Let me answer with a question on how many times do you pray.
Prayer is a two way communication. so how mutch time do you spend with your friends? just an eye opener.
Try and pray at least once a day but during the day it is also fine to just say a few words.
Here is a guide line the skeleton in the example of the Lords, you can add the necessary meat to it.
2He said to them, "When you pray, say:
" 'Father,[a]
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come.[b]
3Give us each day our daily bread.
4Forgive us our sins,
for we also forgive everyone who sins against us.[c]
And lead us not into temptation.[d]' "
5Then he said to them, "Suppose one of you has a friend, and he goes to him at midnight and says, 'Friend, lend me three loaves of bread, 6because a friend of mine on a journey has come to me, and I have nothing to set before him.'
7"Then the one inside answers, 'Don't bother me. The door is already locked, and my children are with me in bed. I can't get up and give you anything.' 8I tell you, though he will not get up and give him the bread because he is his friend, yet because of the man's boldness[e] he will get up and give him as much as he needs.
9"So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 10For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.
11"Which of you fathers, if your son asks for[f] a fish, will give him a snake instead? 12Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? 13If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"
Footnotes:
Luke 11:2 Some manuscripts Our Father in heaven
Luke 11:2 Some manuscripts come. May your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Luke 11:4 Greek everyone who is indebted to us
Luke 11:4 Some manuscripts temptation but deliver us from the evil one
Luke 11:8 Or persistence
Luke 11:11 Some manuscripts for bread, will give him a stone; or if he asks for
