You realize, If you Blasphemie the holy ghost you can't go to heaven, Ever. Right?
Like It says it in the bible, god and jesus both forgive you for blaspheming them, but the holy ghost dosnt. you blasphemine him and there is no heaven in store for you.
This isn't up for debate, thats in the bible.
Jesus isnt going to just go over the HG's head and forgive you and allow you into heaven, just as god isnt going to go over jesus's head and condem you to hell because you dont sacrifice lambs.
its a matter of respect, they are the holy trinity.
If you purposly blasphemined the holy ghost, knowing hell was in store for you, would you bother continuing praying and going to church, or would you just live life up while you could?
Or would you continue worship so you could pretend your good, while secretly your hoping god see's this and gives u a second shot.

if its unforgivable sin, it means you will always have the sin, and if you have sin you can't be in heaven with god because sin cant be in heaven.

I think commiting blashemy means you can not go to heaven because if you commit blashemy you have sinned. Normally when you sin you ask god for forgiveness and god takes away your sin but blashemy is unforgiveable therefore when you repent you sill have sin and all sinners go to Hell.

Easy man, though the Holy Spirit does a multitude of different workings on the Earth, his primary work is to reveal Jesus Christ to the heart of the lost. Since it is God's desire that none would perish then Blasphemy Against him is the only sin that God sees at the judgment. The Holy Spirit does reveal Jesus to every person living in some way. Remember, Jesus died for the sins of the world (all of mankind) so sin is not the issue. Ultimately, what keeps everyone who doesn't put Faith in Jesus out of Heaven is a denial (blasphemy) of the work of the Holy Spirit in their own personal lives. Their is always hope for anyone as long as there is breath in their lungs.

wow.
I think that most theologians have concluded that we're not talking about blasphemous words or thoughts. The Holy Ghost works in our life to bring us to God. To blaspheme the Holy Ghost means to reject the work of the Holy Ghost. We may commit sins and be forgiven but if we never accept the love of God, then that is the ultimate sin that cannot be forgiven. Not because God won't forgive it but because we refuse it.
It is like the difference between two children. One who remains with the family but is often disobedient and disrespectful. The parents forgive and correct. The other child leaves the family and never returns and in this case, forgiveness means nothing; it is the child who has made the decision that the family is unimportant.

You should never say something isn't up for debate. I think you are entirely wrong. Blasphemy has always been an unforgiveable sin, see the 10 commandments. Exodus 20:7 "You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD will not leave him unpunished who takes His name in vain." God always punishes anyone who blasphemies His name. It does not mean that you can't go to heaven, but it means you will suffer for your blasphemy of God, either on this earth, or through ;lack of rewards in heaven.

The Holy Trinity is 3 divine persons in one God. Therefore you cannot blasphemy without doing it to all 3. But the beauty is in forgiveness which also comes from God.

You have it wrong. The Bible says the only UNFORGIVABLE sin is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, but it does not say you wont go to heaven if you do.

Don't worry about it, there is no heaven, hell or god. I blasphemed against the 'holy spirit'. It was fun.
Just enjoy your life, it's the only life you get.

This is a preaching rant with no question. Ask a question! There is no blasphemy because there is no god so no "holy ghost".
