Well, if they have a crush on you they might look at you all the time or act shy around you. They might always smile at you when they talk to you or you talk to them. If you ever talk or have talked to this person and they blushed/blush or looked, look, act or acted nervous around you, they may just as well have a have a crush on you if they do this.
If they look at you then this is probably their own way of saying that "i like you" using their own body language without any verbal communication. The person may be too shy to tell you that they have a crush on you. Looking at the same person all the time or every now and then can be a way of trying to get someones attention.
If you notice any of this around someone then it's fine. It's absolutely 100% normal to feel nervous or shy around this person too. You may be on a first step to finding someone who may really like to be with you someday or someone who has a crush on you.

i'm a guy.. so i do know how guys react when they have a crush on a girl...
first of all.. they'll keep sms'ing you and ask you things.. they'll ask u another time why u didn't reply them when you're just about to hit that send button...
he'll be the first to volunteer to fetch you whenever you guys go out.. ( that is if you don't have a ride. )
he'll keep paying attention to you even when he's busy with his friends or so on...
he's always ahead of you in paying bills for each other ( let's say u ordered a drink.. but as you were paying when the drink comes you're told it's alrdy been paid )
he'll laugh at even the simplest ( or lamest, hahahaha ) joke... even when your friends do not get it he'll still laugh ....
he'll only comment on your attire and how u look ( wow, you're so beautiful in this dress / with this look.. )
he'll get you gifts even if it's not your birthday or so on..
he'll keep offering to buy u food and drinks..
he'll be the first to tend to you ( when you're sad or moody , or when u need help )
well, anywayz.. i don't expect THAT guy to fulfill all this criteria.. but at least this is what i've done when i had a crush on a girl...
hehe.. pretty stupid huh?

That person will:
1) Offer his/her help to do even the simplest things.
2) Offer to walk you home even if home is 5 meters away
3) Will not ask you back for change when you can't split the bill at a meal together (outing with other friends).
4) always stares at you thinking you aren't looking but when you look at them they quickly turn away pretending they weren't lookin
5) always try to find an excuse to spend time with you
6) get pissed off when someone offends you, or irritates you.
7) blushes or vehemently denies it when you compliment them on their looks.

U know what, That person's gonna ignore you in front of others but will miss you when you are not there. He'll try to show that friends are more important than you but the truth is You are his angel!!!!!!! He'll wait for your calls and msgs but will never show you he loves you. this is a universal truth. Believe me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We need a few more details!
Um...if they avoid looking at you, or make lame excuses to be near or around you. If they either go really shy or over confident around you, if they talk faster or higher than usual, if they flatter you or talk about you to their friends.

They may act nervous around you, make eye contact with you, talk to your friends about you asking questions, etc.

they say nice outfit and glisten in your eyes and try to make you jealuos or ask you ona date or they ask for help or do you need a help ? and they will talk about you to his best friend or her best friend
