Well, having to stare at a computer all day at work certainly wouldn't help anything! This sounds kinda lame but sounds like possibly you are suffering from minor depression. But there are still probably somethings medically that you should check. Your headaches could mean that you need glasses because of your work, or a new prescription if you already have them. Also, it could be helpful if you took a few minutes every half hour of so to look away and stretch or what ever feels good to break the stare. Sounds like you must sit quite a bit at work as well, after work if it fits in with the rest of your life, it might be good to start some sort of exercise regimen. Sounds like work, I know, but it is actually very invigorating. You may be suffering from some mild arthritis that would be enhanced by lack of steady movement.
Sometimes with fatigue, extra vitamins help, I take a liquid vitamin supplement that has helped me alot.!! I also eliminated fried foods from my diet and that helped me tremendously.
So, hopefully you symptoms don't lead to something medically serious, and you feel better soon.
Good Luck!!

your description indicates the condition Fibromyalgia. See a doctor of rheumatology as soon as possible and ask for a diagnosis . Only a doctor of rheumatology can diagnose Fibromyalgia.

The pain of fibromyalgia occurs in areas where the muscles attach to bone or ligaments and is similar to the pain of arthritis. The joints themselves are not affected, however, so they are not deformed nor do they deteriorate as they may in arthritic conditions. The pain typically originates in one area, usually the neck and shoulders, and then radiates out. Most patients report feeling some pain all the time; and many describe it as "exhausting." The pain can vary, depending on the time of day, weather changes, physical activity, and the presence of stressful situations; it has been described as stiffness, burning, stabbing, sudden, radiating, and aching. The pain is often more intense after disturbed sleep.

The other major complaint is fatigue, which some patients report as being more debilitating than the pain. Fatigue and sleep disturbances are, in fact, almost universal in patients with fibromyalgia, due to lack of serotonin, and if these symptoms are not present, then some experts believe that physicians should seek a diagnosis other than fibromyalgia. Up to a third of patients experience depression, and disturbances in mood and concentration are very common.

Fibromyalgia patients are also prone to tension or migraine headaches. Other symptoms include dizziness, tingling or numbness in the hands and feet, and gastrointestinal problems, including irritable bowel syndrome with gas and alternating diarrhea and constipation. Some patients complain of urinary frequency caused by bladder spasms.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and you have just answered your own question of course it has, Don't you realise that you are receiving a dose of radiation/microwaves. Not the type that you would suffer from radiation sickness. This why you should have a protective screen fitted on the front. You should not sit in front of one for 8 solid hours your eyes are are not made to with stand such treatment and your neck muscles are also affected as they are held in constant tension. Eventually your back will suffer and your circulation will be affected and then your legs will start to ache you should visit a massage or acupressure therapist at least once a week to keep these muscles in check

Headaches could be a sign of long term staring at PC screen. However, feeling tired, general aches and pains could mean u are spending way too much time in front of the PC...get up to stretch ....or it could just mean u are stressed out!

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Anything below the sun including the Sun can cause allurgy.
You will have to use a good monitor or minimise comp use.
You should exercise daily to increase resistive power.

If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.
Your other problems are due to poor appetite, constipation and worries i think. Don't worry, it will lead to death. Do what you need to do and leave things with GOD.
Exercise, happy leaving and vegitables and salads will treat appetite and constipation.
Do one thing, have warm water + 1/2 lemon at morning or citrus fruits as you can.
Don't eat without hunger; if no hunger use citrus fruits. Avoid overeating and cold drinks/foods.

It depends. U have not provided enough information, but the fact that you stare at a computer all day means you're seated for most of the day, and that is bad for your health. You need to exercise more, and improve your eating habits, if you havent done so. You havent said anything about the nature of your job, it could be responsible. Your family situation, your social network - all these can contibute to your symptoms. All you probably need is a vacation. But then again, your symptoms might signify some more serious ailment, so I suggest you see your doctor.

I have the exact same problem and I've been told on numerous occasions by different doctors that its due to my being low in iron and also in the vitamin B12. So I have to take multivitamins every day. While I think your sitting staring at a PC all day may have some connection perhaps you should ask a doctor to check your iron/vitamin levels too.

Classic signs either of: (a) Stress or (b) that you need an eye test and possibly need to wear glasses or get a stronger pair.

Could also be symptoms of: (i) Glaucoma, (ii) Brain tumour, (iii) CFS, (iv) MS.

In any event, it is strongly recommended that you get a thorough medical check-out as soon as possible to eliminate some of the more nasty possibilities.
