First of all, I will be moving to France in 2 years- after College. So I will return to live permanently.

Man one is closer to my age and is very fun but we dont talk about the important things due to language barrier. He is very patient with me and I with him. The main problem is the lack of time as I cannot see him until after 10 pm each day. I think he would live in the US with me until I finish college- as he has discussed it with me.

Man two is more experienced and a few years older- he is fun but we talk about important subjects. The only downfall is the most important thing in his life- religion- is something we dont share. Also, being older, he is ready to settle down and talks about it even though I have only known him a very short period of time. I would like to settle down but I still have 2 more years of college. I do not think he would come to the US to be with me for 2 years

I want to pick someone who I think there could be a future with. Please advise.

Neither on sounds right to me. the first, you cn not communicate important things with. the second is way too anxious to settle down. Get to know number one better and take your time. Number two is a dead issue, as far as I can tell.

Rule of thumb- if you can't choose between the two then neither are right for you. Basically, if you don't know the answer to that question in your heart, you shouldn't be dating either of them. You can't choose someone based on the logistics, it has to be the way you feel about them.
