Make nice vacation to some place full of nature, laziness and a lot of sun. Try not to think about anything else but love, nice weather, good vibrations and taking lots of good memories (and photos of course) from there, just to have something to remember these beautifull days.

Try to spend as much time as possible in good company and outside, walking, swimming, taking nice siestas:)

You'll see that everything will look much easier after such a great Holiday, and you will also full up your "batteries" for your job, relations, everything! Regards!

I found that in addition to a relaxing shower or bath that relaxing music can be very helpful for my stress levels too.

It is better to avoid things that cause stress. So quit your job, sell your possesions, and go live in a tent on the beach. You will be relaxed in no time.

If you live near the beach, go to the ocean. Just the sound of the waves along with the gentle breezes relaxes me.

I usually go to the spa for a good massage. It relieves stress and it relaxes your nerves.

Take a hot bath and eat a hot fudge sundae. Watch a sunset. Lay on your back outside on a blanket and look at the stars. Get away from noise. Works for me!

I take a warm bath.... or just cry. Sometimes crying can release a lot of stress and pressure.

It depends. I usually sleep or go to a karaoke bar have a few drinks and sing some songs.

Listen to music.Do meditation and Yoga.Take deep breathe and think good,do good.Will definitely help you.

take a bubble bath for at least 30 min, i prefer an hour.
