In California they aren't as bad. It's like a roller coaster, once you get use to them. And every state of the UNion has them.

I rather live in good old Sunny California, than in Tornado Alley! Or where the snow comes along and freezes people's balls off.
Or where they have monsoon's or hurricanes.
