I'm so sorry that you have had this happen to you. What you have described does not sound like "rape" though it would certainly be called a sexual assault. I'm also sorry that your parents are not hearing you about this. People will wonder why you stayed in the pool for 2 hours while this was happening. Maybe you were confused, or were not sure what to do...so you stayed there. You may be feeling guilty, scared, or confused. Please try again to tell your parents what happened, and that you are afraid and need to talk to someone. If they still will not listen, think of another adult whom you trust that you can tell. Once you told those boys to stop, especially since they were older, they should have stopped...no matter what the situation. You have a right to be angry, hurt, and scared, and to make sure that this does not happen again. Do you have a sister, an Aunt, a pastor, a teacher that you can talk to? Can you go to the police? What those boys did was wrong. It was not your fault if you said, "Stop."

You should have made some attempt to come out of the pool or to yell and scream at the top volume of your voice as soon as you started feeling that the touches were not right or did not feel good or right. If, indeed you told them to STOP and they did not stop, you should have opened your eyes to see who it was touching you in an inappropriate manner, so at least, you would have a name of the one who initiated the assault on you. If your brother knew about the party, he certainly could identify those who were in attendance before he left. It seems unreasonable that your brother would have left a 12 year old sister unattended and alone with two 15 year old males for 2 1/2 hours. That was very irresponsible of him. If neither one of the males who were touching you inappropriately, put his penis, fingers or any other object into your vagina, you were not technically, raped but you were, INDEED, sexually assaulted if they touched your breasts, your buttocks or your vagina with their hands. Get their full names and addresses from your brother. Then, promptly, tell your mother what happened to you anyway and do not keep what happened a secret so that these boys will not be allowed to come around and assault you- or someone else- again. Sexual assaults tend to become more aggressive and even violent, if they are allowed to go unpunished.

OK, I'm a little confused. Not saying that this isn't true, but how is it that they "molested" you for 2 1/2 hours? Did you not think to get out of the pool? Within 21/2 hours, you didn't see your brother or ANYONE to tell them what was going on?

The best thing to do is believe in yourself at this point and try to find a solution to your problem. If you trust your brother enough to tell him what happened then tell him so then both of you can talk to your parents about it, this way you'll have your brother on your side too. Try to tell your parents all the things you witnessed that day.
Good luck.
Peace.

I would just like to ask you the question of why you stayed in the pool with them for 2 hours. Why didn't you get out right away and tell your brother???

Get on the phone and dial 911 and when the police show up at your front door, your parents will believe you then. Do it and get those jerks at least on record because they are not 18 yet they can't really do anything to them but justice must be served regardless. DO IT NOW!!

How old is your brother? What the hell is wrong with him? You must feel terrible...but here is the case...next time you will never go to sick parties and hang up with 15 year old freaks...get someone to punish those jerks...they have to confess about what they did???
I swear to God if you were my sister I would make them drink out the whole pool...do not worry...you have us all in here who feel for you!!!

Hon, please tell your mom and dad what happened so they can talk to the parents of the other boys. You don't need to continue to carry that burden around with you.
I'm sorry that happened to you.
Talk to your parents tomorow, as soon as both get home from work.
No one should touch you without your permission, unless you are being examined by a doctor.

Tell them that you are going to call the police, and then if they don't believe you call the police. After you call the police and tell them what happened. They might start believing you.
