I attempted to pick up a script as a favor. I did'nt drop it off. The Pharmacist was already suspicious of the script. When I arrived for pick up the Pharmacist recognized me as an employee of the medical office, that the script came from. He then told me, "I almost called the cops, this script is not legitimate." I freaked out and drove away.
1. I did'nt drop off the script, much less write it.
2. My intentions were to pick up a "ligitimate" script.
I had no idea that the script was'nt real, I did'nt even know what it was for.
Picking up someone elses prescription is not against the law. And, how can they prove that I had malicious intent to decive by forgery?

The first thing you did wrong is drive away.................that to me would show that there was some type of guilt involved in this situation. Second, maybe you should know your friends a little better. If I was you I would run to the police department and give my statement.

Forgery can be proven by presenting the tampered document in court.
