As a Muslim I will say, Assalam u Alaikum wa Rahmatullah.
Second, I will pray to God Almighty to keep you,and all of us on right path, Amen.
Third who associate Islam with violance or any other extrem acts, Kindly study Islam, because Isalm is since Prophat Adam, read true meanings of Islam and teachings of Islam.
Islam not founded by Prophet Muahmmad(pbuh), as most of non-Muslims and some Muslims as well, think.
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was last and Final Messenger and Prophet of God Almighty.
He was The Last in series of Holy Prophets including Noah,Abaraham, Ishmail, Isaac, Moses, and Jesus (Peace and blessings of Almighty on all of them).

I would say to you that I respect your beliefs. I would also hope that you respect mine. Because regardless of your beliefs or mine we are both human beings living in the same world and as long as we respect each other without judgement our world can be a great place with enough room for both of us to practice what we believe without interference. Jesus says: "I am the truth, the life, and the way." There is NO OTHER path to heaven. If you're putting all your heavenly eggs in a basket lined with the hope that Jesus is a liar then you're eggs are in serious trouble.
