Every time she chews on the cord scold her then do somthign she hates or put her somewhere like in a cage for 5 mins or when ever she chews on the cord hit her litly and scare her kind of so she will learn her lesson

you can purchase a spray called "bitter apple" from pet stores. it smells and tastes bad to animals. you could also try rubbing pepper of some sort on the wires.
i defiantly wouldn't attach a live wire to purposely shock my cat.

attach a live wire somewhere... and when he finally chews through it, and gets that first jolt.. he will learn his lesson...
if the house current isnt enough... attach one to the positive end of your car battery, and then the other end to the negative... let the cord run inside the house...
