still getting the "insert correct disc into DVD drive" error message. Have bought 2 copies now, both the same. Have tried suggestions such as setting the transfer mode of the CD/DVD drive PIO only mode. I have no clone software installed on my pc, so Its not that. All other games work fine, just this 1...any ideas?

Have you made sure that you have enough graphics memory to run the game?
Have you tried the Cd's on another PC to see if its your PC or its the Cd's
Try running "dxdiag" and making sure that the settings are correct against what the Game requires to run?
also using "dxdiag" you can also see if your graphics card is working properly.
you could also make sure that there was no problems with files as it installed the game
it would be a lot easier if you said what the error message said as it would give an exact answer to your question
above is the first things i think of when a game doesn't work properly!!
