If you are a wanting a future as an accomplished gymnast, you should be thinking of a protein rich diet. Not to be nasty, but I am assuming that you are in your teens due to your spelling, your bones are still growing and without the proper education regarding being a vegetarian, you are looking for trouble.
I am sure that if you spoke with your coachs that they would not suggest this type of diet. You must have a protein rich diet to maintain a competition worthy body. I am not suggesting that you have a "meat rich" diet, but some is required, along with beans, lentils, peas, and even tofu. Too many soy products will eliminate alot of minerals from your body so you need to be very careful of this as well.
So, as you can see, you must study your choice to be vegetarian and be responsible for you growing body or you will not have a very promising future, health wise.
Good Luck,

You have a few issues, being a vegetarian, that is not easy to deal with. First, most vegetarians eat a lot of soy products or foods that contain soy. This will make you mineral deficient, especially iron (about 50% uptake is inhibited with soy). Your thyroid is going to be slowed way down, and you will not be getting the vitamin B-12 you need. The only real source for vitamin B-12 is meat. It must be eaten and then broken down in the stomach by a protein enzyme that makes the B-12 molecule smaller so it can be digested by the body. It is essential for the development of red blood cells and it plays an important role in the normal function of the nervous system.
So the first thing you need to do is eliminate all SOY products from your diet. Now that you've done that, I suggest you eat some meat, but quality meat so you will be getting your vitamin B-12. Supplements will not help you. You will waste your money on supplements. The best protein is Whey protein because unlike soy protein where the body only absorbs about 60% of it and the rest is toxic, whey protein is absorbed at about 95% and is highly assimilated. As a gymnast, I would also be taking a lot of colostrum in powdered form mixed in some juice or water. This will help your muscle development.
Also, eat a lot of eggs. I suggest you get fertile eggs because they contain a lot more nutrients. Eggs are the only food ALL animals will eat. Eggs are a complete protein and are very good for you. Don't be fooled by the ignorant who claim eggs are bad for you because of some cholesterol issue. That has been debunked for years and is basically an "old wives tale."
Also, you need to be eating a lot of omega 3 fatty acids. This will definitely help you. Fish oil is the best source.
Stay completely away from all Canola Oils. This is garbage and will definitely affect your joints. Eat olive oil, walnut oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, etc.
good luck to you

Lentils, beans, nuts, and I would think probably green peas. I suspect split pea soup would also have a fair amount of protein and it's delicious, even without the ham hocks.

I'm not even going to bother answering this question. You butcher the English language and are a disgrace to Americans. Instead of worrying about gymnastics, why don't you do yourself a favor and go read a book. Illiterate fool.

If you are concerned about your diet, given your activities you should consult a professional dietician or nutritionist. They will be able to point you in the right direction.

Vegetarians get more protein than meat eaters like it or not!
The protein in meat is a lower quality than others.
Legumes!-(Beans, peanuts, peas, lentils.)
Also soy/tofu type foods. They have more protein than meat and a higher quality protein.
Congratulations on the veggieism!

I have many vegetarian friends and I'm sorry to say that you'll need to rely on supplements. It's the only way to keep yourself healthy and strong.
