Even Jesus got angry...or should I say Righteously Indignant. It is human to feel this emotion, yet some people use anger as their emotion of choice to drown out others. Instead of feeling fear, anguish, frustration and worry, they feel anger instead. In this case, as the Jedi's would have it, fear and anger are the most dangerous of emotions and one leads to another.

I think most of my life I've thought of anger as being a very, very, negative thing.
I'm also a very patient person . . . and will let things go until I let them blow in my face . . . that *said* I think anger is an OK emotion. We need to learn to "let it perform" when necessary and control it, God willing, in the time and measure He allows.

Some people just let their anger flare up whenever and I think that's wrong.

If you use your anger to go on a destructive rampage, that's not good, but if you channel that energy and anger into something positive, the results can be amazing.

I definitely agree. Supressing one's anger is only harmful. At the same time we need to have a place where we can constructively understand our anger and its causes.

As long as it's channeled into something productive, there's not a problem - it's a natural emotion and a reaction that everyone has at some point or another.

It's when you hold onto it or nurse it into a grudge or use it in non-productive ways that it's a problem.
