can anyone offer some advice....i'm kinda scared about long term effects......I am presently wearing a size 42J.....i am also on the heavy side but I get alot of back pains and shoulder pains where the straps sit on my shoulder.......it can sometimes prove to be a real self esteem killer..... if you know what I mean

You won't have a problem being covered by insurance with J cups! Insurance covered mine 100% and I do not regret it one bit!

I had it done Feb 2006, 38J to 38C. Five pounds taken off and I feel so much better. It is totally worth it!

Long term affects? What, a lighter back, no more grooves in the shoulders, no more rashes under the breasts, no more back/neck/shoulder pain?
