hey im a 17yr girl and as embarassing as it is i had the same issue....

i did slim fast as crazzy as that sounds....just give it 1-2 weeks on the plan stick with it and u drop pounds per week...i lost 2lbs my first day!!

THEN do jump roping....its more effective than running actually and puts less stress on the knees...lastley do some crunches...or use a rowing machine...about 30 crunches/ as many as u can do 2 or 3 times a day in a 2 week period will really shape u up fast.....good luck :D

do about 250 pull ups a day and every week, rise it by about 50 more sit ups. have a lot of protein (i recommend u drink raw eggs - it has so much protein in it) and it will help you to do more pull ups. by the time your like 15 you'll be doing 500 each day
