what is the difference between .NET2005 & .NET 2003?

Hi!
what is the difference between .NET2005 & .NET 2003? I don't know which of them is good.You tell me your chance and your reason.
I want to implement virtual university website(It's my final project in bachelor of science).
(It is mentioned that once I tried to install .NET 2003 but i had problem to work on web application.It gave me errors.)
Please guide me! I wait for your answers.

I know that .NET2007 has many components and Also newest version has more possibilities.but i want you to guide me and tell me your chance.

Well, the difference is...that you are not using NET2007! =<)
