and as she is ordering she is talking to her lame @ss husband and kids on her cell phone...reading the goddamned menu to them. And everyone one of the little freaks had to make a “special order”.
Am I wrong for wanting to set her on fire?

Nope, you're not wrong for wanting to (just don't act on it). Special orders and not being ready to order are reasons to get out of your gas-guzzling SUV, walk off some of the pounds you'll undoubtedly add to your fat butt, and go into the restaurant.
PS- I disagree VEHEMENTLY with Sweetie who says people can't help if their kids are picky. They CAN. If you know your kid is picky, then have them make up their minds BEFORE you get up to the window. Give them 2 or 3 things to choose from and leave it at that. And again, if you know you're going to be a while because your kids are picky, GET OUT OF THE CAR AND GO INSIDE.

Yeah, but not because they are making special orders. But she should have either had a list ready when she got there or came inside and did her talking making figuring out what they wanted then come up to the register and place the order. I can't stand those people holding up the line because they are rude.

Well, her being obese has nothing to do with it and you are rude for even mentioning that-but she should have gone inside to do all that. I think if you even order a family meal that takes time to put together or a large order you should skip the drive-thru.

i would be pissed too because she is inconsiderate of the long line behind her. if she wanted to read the menu to her whole family she could GO INSIDE and not do the drive thru thing.

I work as a manager at a fast food chain, I know what your talking about. You should try being the one at the other end of the speaker, that is for sure the worst!

no! same thing happend 2 me at zaxby a wife and husband were in the drive-thru and all of their little turds(children0 couldnt make up their freakin mind and wanted somehing special...
i just got so mad that i wanted to blow the car up

Are you behind her in line, or are you taking her order? If you are taking her order, then just shut up and do your job. You are getting paid for putting up with it, and you volunteered for the priviledge.

No someone should definably kick her @ss. Seriously thats rude. Next time just yell, "GET OFF YOUR PHONE DAM*IT!!!" No I would poor gasoline on her and drop a match in her hair as well....
