Good blanket spell. One black candle, one cauldron (pan,bowl, whatever) fill the cauldron with water little less than halfway up the candle. the water is really up to you. put the candle in the water usually by putting it in a small candle holder so it won't float. visualize the negative energy as smoke or vapor or what have you and then light the candle. Visualize the negativity flowing into the candle and into the water where it is trapped. after the candle has burnt into the water and went out take the water outside and dump it onto the ground. Ur done. Of course you should add to or take away from as for what best fits you. remove negative energy by holy water and salt.
Some use black candles.
Me I rather use protection spells in the first place.

I don't believe in curses, but to remove negative energy, think positively. Positive cancels out the negative. Furthermore, praying to God, sincerely and with faith, and asking God to help, WILL work. God does not want evil to prevail and He will grant the prayers of those who are sincere, as long as what that person is asking falls within His will. It would stand to reason that defeating a "curse" or negative energy or evil would fall within the will of God.
