its that certain time of the month... it's hard not to think about sex. It is preventing me from doing hw and thinking about anything. I think about a fellow classmate and also one of my professors..... okay, stop! Help, what can I do? NOTHING seems to stop these thoughts...
btw, i'm catholic... i want to think pure thoughts... but the hormones are driving me crazy...

You can read a devotional and place all those raging hormones into an great exercise routine by walking and staying busy. Stop watching t.v. that promotes sexual activities and stay focused it will pass. It mind over fleshly desires. You can do it and you can train your thoughts to seek out other things other than those things that is not God's will for you.

I f you are a Roman Catholic then talk to a nun. Why are you so sure that your thoughts are going to be pure?
Don't you know that sin wages a war in our members?
Why is it so difficult for Roman Catholics to turn to God? Is it because they are taught that God doesn't have time for them so they have to pray to saints?

it's biological....alot of women go thru that during the time of the cycle where its likely u can get pregnant(that's ovulation)....you are not alone. It's normal, its natural so dont beat yourself up over it. Just be strong and u can and will get thru it......remember u just dont need to act on it. Since u're catholic ask God to help u thru this time.

Give yourself a break. If you are unmarried then there is nothing wrong with thinking about other people who attract you. What is a sin is to marinate in fantasies. Prayer is the best antidote to unwanted thoughts.
Take all thoughts captive to Christ, but also remember God loves us even if we fail. : )

you need to burn some of the hormones off
i would suggest doing push ups, sit ups, jogging in place, basically anything to get your heart rate up so your body burns off those hormones that i guess you dont want
