i have horribble back acne tried proactiv and neutrogina. please help spreading 2 my shoulders and chest. its horribble!!!!!!!!

i got that when i was pregnant. the only thing that worked was taking a bath in avon pink bubble bath. i know it sounds goofy but it worked.
