If your an appoved race builder or such they so have shells. totally gutted of interiors drive train. You can check Ford raceing. It has been a while but I used to get shells that way.

no you cant actually buy a new body,but some companies now are making replica cars and they have fiberglass body's,which are steel re-enforced,they look and appear to be the same thing until you touch them,then you can tell the difference in them,there actually heavier than a original body is though,but they have one advantage they wont rust,but you still have to purchase those and put them together,the uni body piece is of one construction,but the fenders and everything else goes on the same way as the metal parts do,and there also very expensive,good luck ,hope this helps.

Yes but very expensive.There unitizing body welded together. You can replace most body parts.
