Oh ya I have a kickboxing/Dancing dvd that I do...and also yoga...My daughter is only 6 months old so she isn't interested in all the animals yet...our zoo is just somewhere to walk that has inclined paths...and I walk fairly fast...I can also take my dachshund puppy Penny, for a walk when my husband is home to watch the kids...I know meat is good for me....but when I eat beef... I tend to overeat it.... (i.e. Wendy's Baconator.....those are like heaven....or I get a lot at Taco Bell)....I don't like pork...so that's good...I forgot about Ham though...that's low in calories usually...

Everything looks good. Hopefully the zoo is free haha... Anywayss, don't be afraid to eat meat. Meat is good for you. Humans have been eating it for thousands of years UNLIKE dairy and grains which I exclude from my diet. OH, and pork is bad news. Apple Cider Vinegar is good for you. Mixing it with Organic Ex-Vir Olive Oil makes a healthy salad dressing. Thought I might add that =] Good Luck! Your diet is awesome.

those are all great foods!!! but the taking ur daughter to the zoo thing wont give u much excerciser, cuz when ur at the zoo, your slowly walking, ur not briskly walking getting ur heart rate up, u wanna get ur heart rate up, and dont u think u will look weird at the zoo with ur tennis shoes on and your swinging ur arms crazily and walking real fast? haha yeah u will....all the zoo is gonna do is make ur feet hurt...and ur daughter may get tired of the zoo real quick. thats good that ur gonna get an excercise bike while watching movies...thats good!!!! my daddy bought me a treadmill...now i want an excercise bike...cuz i hatye walking, omg thats a good idea. should get a movie and watch it while on the treadmill cuz the TV shows just aint working out with me...yeah!

Most likely you are not gona be able to stick to it because its too much. Any diet you cant follow every day of your life is not a good one. You are missing whole grains in your list like whole wheat breads/pita/wraps and cereals like Kashi.
Those all are great foods but dont limit yourself to just that - there are SO many more healthy foods, just go to the health food store and look at what they have got there.
Exercising - to lose weight you need to do cardio 4-6 days a week for average of 45min (if you go over 60min you are doing more damage than good to your body)
You dont have to kill yourself to lose weight!!!
Eat small meals every 2-3 hours (thats 5-6 small meals a day) because diet is 75% of weight loss.
