It is if you havent broken up... She might come back and it'd ruin your relationship. But i dont undertsnad why she wouldnt tell you, so maybe...she's tired or scared of the relationship.. Just wait a while, if you care about her you wont move on so fast already.

You don't know where she is but are you able to communicate with her? If so, then you would know whether you two are still in a relationship. And if you are, then yes, it is cheating.
If she moved and didn't tell you where she is and you haven't talked to her in quite some time, then I think she pretty much broke up with you. Then, no, it isn't cheating.

It depends on how long she has been gone and on what terms where you guys on when she left. If she just left and moved away and is not talking to you then I would have to say to move on too. Simple as that. Life is to short to have to deal with people like that. Do what makes you feel happy and content.

If she didn't tell you where she was going.. then no I don't think you are. It sounds like she left you... You moved on, and you had the right to. If she wanted to continue the relationship, you would have all of her new contact information right??

If your girlfriend moves away without telling you where she's going then I'm pretty sure that's over. Do what you want you're unattached.

thats tough. Im not sure but if i were u i would act like a spy. See what shes really up to! If you guys broke up when she moved away then it would definately not be cheating. but if not i would do your homework first

I think at the very moment that the'gf' moved away without telling you where she was going, or that she was leaving, that fact alone would constitute HER breaking up with YOU.
