Do Kegel exercises, and don't ever stop doing them. It does work, even for getting things back to nearly normal after having a baby.
The plus side is that it also feels good, and no one will ever know you are doing them unless you get a silly grin on your face.

There is an exercise that a woman can do to tighten up the muscles down below. What you do is push like you are peeing then pull back like you are cutting off the flow. Hold it for 10 seconds and do it 10 times, 3 times a day. Dr. told me to do that after I had surgery several years ago. It works really well. You have to keep it up though.

lmfao....yes their are ways of getting "tight" again. try Kegel exercises. The same way you contract to hold your urine is the same way to tighten the muscles in that area. Tell her to do about 2-3 reps of 8 or 10, holding it for 3 seconds each. About twice a day, Forever. Her man will thank her later. Tell her also to give her snatch a break

Kangle exercises. Read up on it on the net. It is where you squeeze your muscle down there and hold it for 10 sec 3 times a day, and after a few weeks it does tighten up again. I don't know if it tightens enough like you have never had sex, but it works great for women who have given birth too.

from what i have heard, there is possibly one way to do so. that is by constantly exercising that muscles down there. your "friend" needs to learn how to do these exercises and work on it a lot. at that point, she will have developed the muscles down there and make it more enjoyable for both parties.

I know your friend knows how to tighten it when is up in there so just tell her to do it a lot off times when is not up there and squats my husband tells me it feels tighter after I do squats.
