Xanax does not cause thinning of your blood. It is a benzodiazepine.
Medications that can increase your risk of bleeding:
Aspirin
Coumadin
Plavix
Aggrenox
Ticlid
NSAIDs (Ibuprofen, Advil, Motrin, Aleve, Excedrin, Goodies powder, Celebrex, Vioxx, Bextra, Alka seltzer, etc...)

No Xanax is just for anxiety and does not thin your blood. You must be pretty calm to be getting a tattoo. Make sure it's being done by a professional. The needles, each one should come out of a sealed steral plastic bag. If it does no, go somewhere else, you don't need aids. Don't quite get it Xanax for anxiety and getting a tattoo that would make me nervious. DO NOT try taking TWO Xanax!!
