A pulse of 130 is what a teenager might expect after mild exercise.
Your weight is not out of proportion with your age and height. I'm worried about these headaches--two ideas cross my mind.
Firstly, bad headaches might be migraines. You need to talk over the symptoms with your dr., because if it is a migraine, they are very easy to control. My second concern is that maybe you have high blood pressure. People with high blood pressure experience very bad headaches. That absolutely has to be controlled. It's unusual in a kid.
I'm also worried about these twiches in your muscles. It could be something as simple as a vitamin deficiency, or it could be something more serious.
I don't know, guy, I don't think 17 year olds can be THAT out of shape unless they're grossly overweight or asthmatic or have some other kind of problem.
The more I look at your case, the more I think you need a good checkup. Tell the dr. everything you've told me and let him rule out the dangerous stuff. If he says, dude, you're not active enough, I'll be dancing with you. But I want him to figure out why a teen has often headaches and twitching muscles.
I like to look at these cases because I like to believe I know a bit about medicine, since it's an interest of mine and I've worked in several dr.s offices and my kids like to spend a week at HiltonHospital every year or so. But this case has me worried. So go see your doctor. Let him tell you you're normal. Then we can dance.

Well it's not a good thing....
Children 11-17 should have a heart rate between 60-100 Beats per minute (bpm).
Many conditions can change your pulse rate.
A fast heart rate may be caused by:
* Activity or exercise.
* Anemia.
* Decongestants.
* Fever.
* Heart disease.
* An overactive thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism).
* Medicine used to treat asthma.
* Stimulants such as caffeine, amphetamines, diet pills, and cigarettes.
* Stress.
Call your doctor if you have any of the following symptoms:
* An irregular or rapid heartbeat (palpitations). Palpitations can be persistent or may come and go (episodic).
* Chest pain
* Dizziness
* Fainting
* Lightheadedness
* Shortness of breath
Talk to your doctor if you have a fast heart rate, many skipped or extra beats, or if the blood vessel where you check your pulse feels hard.
Many people take their pulse during or right after exercise, to check their heart rate and to find out if they are exercising at a healthy pace. Your heart rate (pulse) during and after exercise will be higher than your resting heart rate.
Call your doctor if your heart rate does not come down within a few minutes after you have stopped exercising.

are you anxious or nervous all the time?
are you afraid of something?
you might be growing or going through a stage.
but if 130 is your RESTING heart rate, thats not too good. Thats like exercising to keep your heart healthy
do you take any drugs, like speed? that might be a reason if you do.
About the headache and tense-ness, you might be dehydrated.
drink 5 glasses of water a day and 2 glasses of milk to keep you healthily hydrated.
the twitch sounds like a growth spurt.
out of breath? well when you get up to walk, have you been sitting down for a long time? that could be a reason.
you have to recheck your heart rate.
make sure you are completely relaxed, and then check for it.
If your out of shape you should consider working out just a little bit
like a few push ups after each meal
or 20 crunches when you wake up and before you go to bed.
did you consult you doctor or parents? if your that concerend let an adult know.
hope i helped!

not being in shape could be the culprit.. but 130 is a little high, i would relax, take your pulse again, make sure however you are doing it, it is an accurate reading.. sometimes devices are not accurate because of improper placement...
If this is a frequent occurance, and if you notice any other odd syptoms, don't hesitate to call your doctor or set up an appointment,,

A heart rate of 130 without exercise is not normal. It could be a sign of anxiety, or some sort of congenital heart defect affecting the S.A. node. You need to make an appointment with your doctor to get it checked out. Hope this helps

It defently increases your chance for heart disease and diabetes. Try to do little excercise. 10 mins/a day three times a week is all you need. Try it for two weeks.

Check up for blood pressure. If head aches persists then there is a chance that you may have BP.
